Pneumatic discharge device
Material bridges in the cone of hoppers and silos often lead to discharge problems. Optimally placed nozzles in the discharge area, which are supplied with compressed air pulses via a compressed air distribution system, prevent the formation of bridges and make the bulk material flowable in the silo. Depending on the bulk material properties, different nozzle designs are used.

Filter
FAT vent filters are high-quality steel housings, which are very stable due to the well-placed stiffening profiles on the housing. The filter elements are cleaned of dust by periodic pulses of compressed air, which can be set on the control unit. The filters can optionally be equipped with differential pressure regulators and are suitable for outdoor installation.

Pneumatic silo filling
Bulk materials are delivered via a silo truck. The compressed air feed required for bulk material conveying is applied via the truck's compressor and supported by an additional air (air booster). The truck unloading station usually consists of the filling pipe line, a shut-off valve as overfill protection device, a connection coupling with a limit switch and the compressed air installation for the additional air.

Moistening mixers for wet loading
Moistening mixers ensure reliable mixing of bulk materials. The bulk material is continuously fed and moistened in the inlet area of the mixer.
The mixing trough consists of a flexible rubber jacket fixed in a steel housing. Low vibrations and kneading effects prevent caking of the mixed material on the rubber trough wall.

Dry loading systems
FAT loading systems are used for loading fine- and coarse-grained bulk materials into closed silo trucks. The loading telescope can be coupled to the truck loading by an inflatable sealing sleeve. This sealing sleeve ensures a dust free loadaing to the truck.
